Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She is most famous for her role as Anna Garner on the TV series The Girl Experience. Her first movie role in Babysitters in which she played Brenda Woodberg. Krause was a drama student in college before appearing in many off-Broadway productions while also playing in episodes of New York-based network television shows. Professionally, her father is of a Japanese heritage and her mother comes from the US. Nathaniel is her older brother. He is also a director. After completing her studies at the Washington School of Ballet and taking part in plays, musicals and other productions of Henry Krieger and Bill Russell in high school she decided to concentrate on her love for arts. Following high school, Krause began attending The Carnegie Mellon Drama School. Krause made the decision to begin her acting career shortly after. Her Equity card was earned from her participation in Aida the Musical. Louisa Krause began her career in the theatre. Her first production was with the Huntington Theatre Company produced her in the year 2006. 2007 was the year she performed Iphigenia at the Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 performance.
